Chicago, IL—October 17, 2024—The results of a national study on CEO perspectives and plans for managing Talent (employees) is now available in a published report from the Chief Executives Council. Based on a 2024 national survey of chief executive officers (CEOs), Presidents, and other top executives, the study report can be downloaded here.

Key takeaways include ‘bullish’ hiring plans despite challenging macro-economics, along with rapidly changing work environments with decreasing Remote models, and increasing Onsite models, supported by return to office (RTO) initiatives including employee engagement, and increased benefits and perks for both recruitment and retention.
