The study reveals an optimistic hiring outlook despite challenging macro-economics, and difficulties in recruitment. Significant changes in Hybrid, Onsite and Remote work models were identified, along with how executives are supporting return to office (RTO) initiatives. The role of company culture, employee engagement, competitive compensation and benefits continues to be a focus in retention strategies, while executives increasingly employ digital platforms and internal referrals for sourcing talent.

All data included in this report was gathered via an anonymous and confidential survey which included more than 200 participants across North America, the majority (69%) chief executive officers (CEOs), and Presidents (20%).
