Match Names Spencer Rascoff as New CEO
Match Group announced that Zillow co-founder, Spencer Rascoff, will serve as its new CEO. Rascoff is best known for his role at Zillow. He co-founded the real estate technology company nearly two decades ago and served in various roles, including CEO, before departing in 2019. The Harvard University graduate also founded online travel website Hotwire, which Expedia bought for nearly $700 million in 2003.
Michaels Names David Boone as New CEO
Michaels has named David Boone its new chief executive officer. Boone is currently the interim CEO of Essendant, a wholesale, e-commerce and 3PL company. He previously served as CEO of Staples Canada where he led a six-year transformation, redefining its retail experience, expanding merchandise offerings, and scaling its services and B2B businesses through acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Santander Names Christiana Riley as New CEO
Banking giant Santander has reportedly chosen Christiana Riley as new U.S. CEO amid a larger reshuffle. Riley joined Santander in 2023, overseeing the bank’s North American business.
GlobalFoundries Names Tim Breen as New CEO
GlobalFoundries, the world’s third-largest contract chipmaker, appointed Tim Breen as its chief executive officer. Breen, who has been with the company since 2018 and served as its chief operating officer since 2023 will succeed Thomas Caulfield.
Talos Energy Names Paul Goodfellow as New CEO
Talos Energy has tapped an executive vice president of the London-based energy giant Shell to be its next chief executive. The energy company said that Paul Goodfellow will take the top role in the company.
Smart Care Names James Mylett as New CEO
Smart Care Solutions announced the appointment of James Mylett as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mylett joins from Schneider Electric, where he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Buildings and is a current Smart Care board member. Mr. Mylett’s deep leadership experience in service-based businesses within Comfort Systems, Johnson Controls, and Carrier Corporation will be an asset in scaling Smart Care’s growth.
Escalade Names Armin Boehm as New CEO and President
Escalade, Inc., a leading manufacturer and seller of sporting goods and recreational equipment, announced the appointment of Armin Boehm as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and President. Boehm, who has more than 30 years of leadership experience with global brands, is set to lead Escalade’s next phase of growth and innovation.
Docker Names Don Johnson as New CEO
Developer tooling and containerization company Docker has a new CEO: Former Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) executive vice president Don Johnson. During his eight-year spell at Oracle, Johnson was instrumental in transitioning the company from its legacy on-premise roots to the cloud, setting up the OCI unit, and spearheading the company’s resurgence these past few years.
Integrated Control Technology Names Andy Bane as New CEO
Integrated Control Technology (ICT) announced the appointment of Andy Bane as the company’s new chief executive officer (CEO). Bane brings more than three decades of leadership, innovation and growth experience across venture-backed startups, private equity (PE)-backed scale-ups and publicly traded enterprises, the company announcement says. Most recently, he served as CEO of Element, a SaaS industrial software company specializing in data solutions.
Christie’s Names Bonnie Brennan as New CEO
Christie’s named a new chief executive officer as part of a wider shakeup in the management of the billionaire Pinault family’s art-related investments. Bonnie Brennan, who’s been at the auction house for the past 13 years, is set to become CEO.
