Spirit Airlines Names David Davis as New CEO

Spirit Airlines appointed Dave Davis as its new chief executive officer, weeks after the U.S. discount carrier emerged from bankruptcy and reconstituted its board. Davis, joining from rival Sun Country Airlines where he was the finance chief since 2018, will be tasked with a business overhaul as Spirit works to move away from its no-frills image and rebrand itself as a premium airline, after years of mounting losses.

Mercedes-Benz Names Adam Chamberlain as New CEO

Mercedes-Benz has announced a leadership transition in its North American division, naming industry veteran Adam Chamberlain as the next CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA. Chamberlain will also assume the role of head of marketing and sales for Mercedes-Benz Cars North America. The leadership change comes at a critical time for the company, as it continues to navigate rapid shifts in the automotive landscape, including electrification, supply chain challenges and digitalization.

Moul has served as TVA’s executive vice president and chief operating officer since June 2021.

Hoonigan Names Lennie Rhoades as New CEO

Lennie Rhoades brings over 25 years of leadership experience across consumer products, lifestyle brands, and industrial goods. He most recently served as President of Fluidra North America, a global leader in pool and wellness equipment.

AdventHealth Names David Banks as New President and CEO

AdventHealth has named its replacement for retiring CEO Terry Shaw. The board of directors appointed David Banks as the new president and CEO of the system. Banks will oversee the national footprint for the organization, including 55 hospital campuses and 100,000 team members.

CapturePoint Names Greg Harper as New CEO
