Fortune Names Anastasia Nyrkovskaya as New CEO

Fortune named Anastasia Nyrkovskaya as its next chief executive on Tuesday, making her the first woman to lead the 95-year-old business publication. She takes over from Alan Murray, who announced in October that he would step down in 2024 after nearly 10 years at Fortune. Ms. Nyrkovskaya had been the chief financial officer and chief strategy officer since 2019.

Planet Fitness Names Colleen Keating as New CEO

Vimeo Names Philip Moyer as New CEO

Video-hosting platform Vimeo announced it has named Philip Moyer as its new CEO. Moyer has been vice president of the Strategic Industries unit at Alphabet’s Google Cloud since July 2019. Prior to Alphabet, Moyer also served as Director of Financial Services at Amazon Web Services.

Jeffrey Knittel is retiring as chairman and CEO of Airbus Americas. Hayes will take over after he stepped down in February after nine years as CEO of JetBlue.
