Hershey’s has Names Kirk Tanner as New CEO

The Hershey Company announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Kirk Tanner as President and Chief Executive Officer. Tanner is an accomplished food and beverage executive with a strong track record across some of the industry’s most recognized brands. He spent over three decades at PepsiCo, Inc., where he ultimately served as Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Beverages North America. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Wendy’s Company, where he has led a strategy focused on core brand growth, innovation, operational excellence and accelerating new unit growth globally.

WPP Names Cindy Rose as New CEO

WPP announces that Cindy Rose has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Cindy has extensive experience as a leader in the technology, telecommunications, media, entertainment and creative industries gained at world-leading brands. She has spent the last nine years in senior leadership positions at Microsoft where she is currently Chief Operating Officer, Global Enterprise.

Dave & Buster’s Entertainment Names Tarun Lal as New CEO

Dave & Buster’s Entertainment named Tarun Lal as chief executive officer, bringing in a fast-food restaurant executive to boost the arcade-restaurant operator’s performance. Lal, who also joined the board, has over 25 years of experience at Yum Brands.

Stanley Black & Decker Names Christopher Nelson as New CEO

Power tools maker, Stanley Black & Decker, has appointed operations chief Christopher Nelson as its next CEO and President. Nelson joined the tool maker in June 2023 as its COO prior to which he was president of Carrier Global’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning segment.

DHL eCommerce Names Scott Ashbaugh as New CEO

DHL eCommerce has announced a key leadership transition within DHL eCommerce Americas. Scott Ashbaugh, currently Chief Commercial Officer will assume the role of Americas CEO. With more than 16 years of experience at DHL, Ashbaugh has held various leadership roles. Before transitioning to the revenue side as Chief Commercial Officer, he spent over a decade overseeing Operations across both the Domestic and International networks.  His extensive knowledge of the inner workings of DHL’s delivery systems has been instrumental in driving the company’s commercial success in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Subway Names Jonathan Fitzpatrick as New CEO

Subway has hired Jonathan Fitzpatrick, a former Burger King executive, as its new CEO. Fitzpatrick is the first CEO hired since Subway was bought by the private equity firm Roark Capital in 2024. Since 2012, Fitzpatrick has been the president and CEO of Driven Brands, which is also owned by Roark.

The Beatles’ Apple Corps Ltd. Names Tom Greene as New CEO

Apple Corps Ltd., the company overseeing the Beatles‘ business and creative interests, has found its new CEO. Tom Greene was announced as the company’s new leader. Greene comes to Apple Corps from BLAST, an e-sports company where he served as COO.

Baxter International Names Andrew Hider as New CEO

Andrew Hider

Baxter International has named Andrew Hider as a new president and CEO. He is now CEO of ATS Corporation, which provides automation solutions for companies in the life sciences, food and beverage, transportation, consumer products and energy industries.

Procter & Gamble Names Shailesh Jejurikar as New CEO

Shailesh Jejurikar

Procter & Gamble named Shailesh Jejurikar as its next chief executive officer, promoting its current operating chief to lead the maker of Tide laundry detergent and Pampers diapers. Jejurikar joined Procter & Gamble in 1989 as an assistant brand manager of personal health care.

Novo Nordisk Names Maziar Mike Doustdar as New CEO

Maziar Mike Doustdar

Novo Nordisk said it was tapping Maziar Mike Doustdar, its head of international operations, as its new CEO, amid a broader leadership shakeup across the company. Mike Doustdar, currently Novo Nordisk’s executive vice president of International Operations, has a strong track record of creating value and driving growth.

Dexcom Names Jake Leach as New CEO

Dexcom announced that Jake Leach will be the next CEO. Leach has helped pilot the company’s biosensing platforms since the launch of its first commercial system. He’s had roles of rising responsibility in his 21-year stint with the company—he was executive VP and chief technology officer from 2018 through 2022, moving to executive VP and chief operating officer in late 2022. Leach was promoted to president and chief operating officer in May 2025, adding responsibility of oversight for Dexcom’s strategy and corporate development efforts.
