In a strategic move to bolster its European operations, Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, has announced the retirement of Marco Settembri from his role as CEO of Zone Europe, and the appointment of Guillaume Le Cunff as his successor.
GM’s Cruise Names Marc Whitten as New CEO
General Motors’ Cruise autonomous vehicle unit announced former Amazon and Microsoft executive Marc Whitten as its new CEO. Whitten was a founding engineer at Microsoft’s Xbox before leaving the company after more than 17 years to become chief product officer of audio company Sonos in 2014. He then worked at Amazon as vice president of entertainment devices and services before his most recent role as chief product and technology officer for software development company Unity’s Create.
Xponential Fitness Names Mark King as New CEO
Xponential Fitness, a franchisor of health and wellness brands, announced that it has appointed Mark King as its Chief Executive Officer with effect from June 17. The new chief executive King has served as CEO at Taco Bell. Prior to Taco Bell, he was the President of Adidas North America.
LeaseCrunch Names Mark Weidick as New CEO
LeaseCrunch LLC, a leading lease accounting software company, has appointed Mark Weidick as new CEO. Weidick joins LeaseCrunch as the chief executive officer bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry as a business operator and entrepreneur. Most recently, Weidick served as president of the Commercial Division at Onit, a leader in AI-enabled legal and business workflow solutions, where he quadrupled the division’s growth during his tenure.
Bedrock Manufacturing Company Names Steve Katzman as New CEO
BMC, the parent company to accessories label Shinola and workwear brand Filson, has appointed a new chief executive officer, Steve Katzman. The company is making the appointments to “strengthen its foundation as a platform company to build a family of world-class consumer brands,” according to BMC.
Coherent Names Jim Anderson as New CEO
Coherent, now one of the largest photonics companies in the world, has appointed semiconductor industry executive Jim Anderson as its new CEO. Anderson replaces the retiring Chuck Mattera as the NYSE-listed firm’s boss and brings experience from senior management roles at several of the chip sector’s best-known names.
Neighborly Names Mike Davis as New CEO
Neighborly, the world’s largest home services company, announced that Mike Davis will become its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 8. Davis’s career has focused on growth, driven by product or service enhancements, pricing strategies, marketing excellence, and customer service. He most recently served as the CEO of Mathnasium® Learning Centers since 2022.
Zeller Names Chris Baker as New CEO
Zeller announced that Bob Six will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chris Baker, President of Zeller Realty Corporation will be appointed as the company’s new CEO, effective June 1, 2024. Chris Baker brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the commercial real estate industry to his new role as CEO. Since joining Zeller in 2013, Chris has held pivotal positions including President of Zeller Realty Corporation and Director of Asset Management.
Teladoc Names Chuck Divita as New CEO
Teladoc has named Chuck Divita as its new CEO. In addition to becoming CEO, Mr. Divita will also join Teladoc’s board of directors, effective immediately. Prior to joining Teladoc, Mr. Divita served as executive vice president of commercial markets for GuideWell, an insurance holding company primarily focused on health insurance in Florida.
