S&P Global Names Catherine Clay as New CEO

S&P Dow Jones Indices, the world’s leading index provider, has appointed Catherine Clay as CEO. Ms. Clay joins from Cboe Global Markets where she was Executive Vice President and Global Head of Derivatives, leading the Exchange’s global options and futures businesses as well as its Data Vantage business across the U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. She brings a wealth of experience across derivatives markets, digital assets, data analytics and financial technology to S&P DJI.
IRS Names Frank Bisignano as New CEO

Social Security Administration Commissioner Frank Bisignano was named to the newly created position of CEO of the IRS. Bisignano will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day IRS operations while also continuing to serve in his role as commissioner of the Social Security Administration.
Porsche Names Michael Leiters as New CEO

Porsche announced that Michael Leiters will act as its next CEO. Before his appointment as Porsche’s new CEO, Leiters spent a three-year stint as the CEO of McLaren, from 2022 to 2025, before leaving that position in April when the company merged with the EV startup Forseven.

Seismic Names Rob Tarkoff as New CEO

Seismic announced the appointment of Rob Tarkoff to Chief Executive Officer. Tarkoff spent the last seven years as executive vice president and general manager of Oracle’s Customer Experience (CX) application suite. Prior to Oracle, he served as the president and CEO of Lithium Technologies for seven years as well as executive vice president of the Digital Enterprise business unit at Adobe.
