Walmart Announces John Furner as New President and CEO

Walmart has named John Furner, whose long history with the retailer dates back to working as an hourly associate in 1993, as its new President and CEO. Furner was named President and CEO of Walmart U.S. in 2019 and has overseen the retailer’s largest operating segment and its 4,600+ stores.

Kohl’s Announces Michael Bender as New CEO

Kohl’s Corporation announced its Board of Directors (“Board”) has unanimously appointed Michael J. Bender as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bender has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since May 1, 2025. Mr. Bender served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Eyemart Express, LLC, an optical retailer, from January 2018 to April 2022.

Textron Inc. announced that Danny Maldonado has been named president & CEO of the Bell segment. Danny is currently Bell’s chief commercial officer. Prior to his role as CCO, Maldonado led Textron Financial Corp. as president & CEO for nine years.

Ogilvy Appointed Lyndsey Coron as New US CEO

Ingrid Joerg Named New CEO at Constellium

Constellium SE has announced that Ingrid Joerg, currently Constellium’s chief operating officer, will be the next CEO.
